We're back!
We had a wonderful time in/on Rabbit Hill.
Lots of rabbits indeed, but also lots of squirrels and birds around the house, and deer in the woods nearby. And ants IN the house... )-:
We went out for some really nice hikes, had dinner in the restaurant in the park once (once was enough, even though we could get a deal for a second meal. It was ok, but a little too much
Van der Valk to my taste), went swimming twice, went shopping in Apeldoorn (three pairs of shoes! two for me of course, I AM a girl... And I needed new shoes, none of my old shoes fit anymore since I had Bram. My feet are a full size bigger!), went to
Wildpark het Aardhuis where we saw the cutest baby-piggies ever, knitted a lot, read a lot, saw a lot of movies on the movie channel, and went to the monkey-zoo de
Apenheul where a lot of monkeys walk free between the visitors and where they all have big spaces with fabulous climbing constructions...
Bram enjoyed playing with sticks and twigs, so I made this collage of the sticks and twigs he found these past few days:
